Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy
We work with children and young people of both primary and secondary school age, as well as adults aged 18+, providing one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.
A safe and confidential space to explore anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, grief, and emotional wellbeing. We work collaboratively to help you develop greater understanding, resilience, and confidence.
Couples Counselling & Relationship Therapy
Supporting couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, strengthen connection, and develop healthier relationship patterns. Whether you're facing specific challenges or simply want to deepen your relationship, we provide a supportive space for meaningful conversations.
Somatic Therapy
A body-based therapeutic approach that explores the connection between physical sensations, emotions, and life experiences. Somatic Therapy can be particularly helpful for stress, trauma, emotional regulation, anxiety, and reconnecting with a sense of safety and wellbeing.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps individuals develop psychological flexibility, manage difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively, and build a life that aligns with their values. This evidence-based approach supports resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
Psychological ADHD Support & Assessment
ADHD-informed support for children, young people, and adults. We offer psychological ADHD assessments alongside therapeutic support to help individuals better understand their strengths, challenges, emotional wellbeing, and day-to-day experiences.
Counselling Supervision
Professional supervision for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees, and professionals working in helping roles. Supervision provides a reflective, supportive, and ethical space to enhance practice and professional development.
Mindfulness in Schools Programme (MiSP)
Evidence-based mindfulness programmes designed to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, focus, and self-awareness in children and young people. Mindfulness can help develop healthy coping strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges.

You can self-refer to our services by:
We offer 50-minute sessions throughout the week, with day and evening appointments available.
We also offer appointments at the weekend.
This session gives you the opportunity to discuss your concerns and look at the best way forward. During this appointment we will explain how counselling works and answer any questions you may have.
Although the majority of clients will go on to work with the counsellor they meet, finding the right person is important. Therefore, on some occasions we might ask you to meet with another counsellor if we feel you may be better suited to their style of working. Similarly, if you feel your counsellor isn’t the one for you, then please let us know.
Once you are happy to proceed with counselling we will ask you to sign a contract and establish clear boundaries. This explains our professional commitment to you in regards to:
Date and times of appointments
The confidentiality agreement
The professional client/counsellor relationship
How and when to contact your counsellor outside of the sessions e.g. cancellation
